1 – Site Visit – Meeting our Project Manager and complete planing
This is the initial step to get to know more about the client and its project. On this day we will ask questions and discuss all the projects specifications such as what it is that is needed and analyse all the plans, take photographs and notes to make sure we quote you you for the right job at the affordable price.
2- Meeting on site with our decoders and builders
We will return with our team such as (painters, carpenters , builder) to clarify all the requirements and make sure they are all fully met. This is part of our commitment to your project and helps us keep the build within budget.
3 – QUOTATION PERIOD
This is where we differ from most builders. At Aubrey Homes, we put together a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of your costs together with a realistic time frame. This detailed process will take two to three weeks.
4 – VISIT TO DISCUSS QUOTATION
We do not email our quotes to clients. We prefer to meet you face to face so we can fully explain how we have achieved our figures and answer any questions you may have.
5 – QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS PERIOD
We are always available to answer any questions you may have and are willing to re-visit you to clarify details or make any changes you require. We can also offer you value engineering if your initial requirements have exceeded your
6 – DECISION TIME
We strongly recommend you take the time to ensure that you compare quotations on a like-for-like basis. DO ensure that each quote includes everything that you require and remember to ask the three crucial questions below
7 – APPOINTMENT AND CONTRACT
We will meet to finalise your start date, the payment criteria and to sign the
